Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was like a dream come true. The rooms felt like a paradise with a beautiful view of the mountains and a king-size bed, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the ruins. However, the service, though professional, lacked a personal touch. The location was excellent, right in the center of town, but could get loud at times. The dining experience was delightful, especially with an early start for those heading to Machu Picchu. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms may not be big but have everything a 3-star hotel should offer. Close proximity to the kitchen can be noisy, impacting quality of sleep. However, the rooms are very clean and modern with an environmentally friendly approach. Basic but spotless accommodations.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were average and comfortable for what I needed, but very noisy from the street and the late-night brass band playing nearby. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and relatively spacious with good natural light. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - while the staff were nice and attentive, there was a lack of knowledge about trips that left us a bit concerned. The location couldn't have been better with easy access to transport and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the noise from the hotel bar and kitchen at odd hours was a downside to an otherwise excellent location. The dining experience was a hit or miss - good enough to fuel me up for an adventure but not the best meal I've had. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
